I can guarantee you that you wont be disappointed at all with this product. I changed the dosage a little bit, on non training days i took all 5 caps 30 mins before bedtime, on training days i took 2 caps preworkout and 3 caps before bed. The reason for this is because i got tired if i took the recommended dosage (2 caps in the morning).
