| Great product. I'm on low carb diet and made waffles. So incredibly light. They also can be refrigerated and used next day in toaster and still taste great. It's a nice breakfast treat and also great with low carb ice cream!!! |

| Outstanding light, fluffy waffles and pancakes; no low-carb aftertaste that I (or my brunch guests) could detect. Make an extra batch and freeze them. They are just as good from the toaster oven days, weeks, even months later. |

| These are the best low carb pancakes out there. I add a little bit of cinnamon to the mix and eat them with sugar free syrup. They taste just like high carb pancakes and the batter cooks up nicely as well...not too thick. I highly recommend this product, personally I can't live without it - it's my weekend treat from cereal. |

| I tried this just recently and loved it. I made pancakes for me, my husband and my diabetic mother. Of course I didn't tell my husband what product I was using! lolol..but both he and mom loved the pancakes. So quick and easy to make and DE-LICIOUS! Next, the choco-chip cookies! |

| Ingredients: Wheat gluten, corn starch (low glycemic), wheat flour, corn flour, leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), buttermilk solids, salt, natural flavors. |

| Recommended Use: YOU WILL NEED: 1/2 cup mix, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 egg, 1/2 cup water. PANCAKES: COMBINE ingredients with whisk or fork until blended. POUR onto a non-stick or lightly greased griddle on medium heat. COOK until bubbles form on surface, then flip. Cook until golden brown. SERVE topped with Big Train sugar-free maple syrup. WAFFLES: COMBINE ingredients with whisk or fork until blended. POUR onto hot, lightly greased waffle iron. COOK until steaming stops. SERVE topped with Big Train sugar-free maple syrup. |
