| Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 or 2 tablets in the morning and 1 or 2 tablets six to eight hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz of water. IMPORTANT CYCLING INFORMATION; Use in cycles consisting of either 1) five days on and two days off; or 2) four weeks on and one week off. Allow up to four weeks to attain full effects. |
