    For use as a protein drink this powder might be OK. Egg protein is very hard to dissolve so you will likely have a lumpy drink.

    I wanted to use this as an egg white substitute for baking. It is not a good choice for that. This product has a funny taste that come through in baked goods. Other powdered egg whites I've used were much more neutral in flavor.
