    This product is a great replacement for cornmeal in low carb recipes. I love it, and highly recommend it. I make a vegetarian low-carb chili (black soybeans), put it in a baking dish, top it with hazelnut flour cornbread and shredded cheese and bake it. Even my non low carb friends and family gobble it up.

    Makes Dana Carpender's recipes so easy to do (don't have to grind my own hazelnuts!) Stores very well in the refrigerator.

    Makes an awesome crust for a low carb cheesecake. I was asked for several of my work colleagues (who are not low carb) for the recipe. Here is what I used: 3/4 C Hazelnut meal; 3 TBSP golden flax meal; Liquid sucralose equivalent to 1/3 C sugar; 1/4 tsp salt; 3 TBSP melted butter. Mix and pat into 9" pan, bake 375 F for 10-12 min. Top with your favorite no-bake recipe.

    Great for low-carb baking! I can't eat almonds, so this product is a fantastic alternative to almond flour for me. Works perfectly as a substitute for almond flour, especially in sweet baked products. Highly recommended.
