Reviewer: A customer in New York
I have been using this product (RPM by Applied Nutriceuticals)for over a week now, and from what I can tell, it's total bogus snake oil. I've followed their dosage guidelines but it has proven to be worthless. I am now taking *twice* what they recommend for a 185lb man and it still has no effect.

So be warned: You can obtain a much better training "rush", and "focus" as well as workout strength increases, from two simple cups of strong coffee than from 4 capsules of RPM. --I kid you not.

I hate to sound like a whiner but Applied Nutriceuticals should be ashamed of themselves; what a waste of money. - I'm going back to my good ol' coffee maker.
