| My mom can only use stevia as a sweetener, no other sugar or carbohydrate is allowed in her diet. I was so excited to find this product(for her pancakes made with almond flour). I was slightly skeptical because one review said it was too watery. I bought it anyway since there were no other choices I could find on line.
I was very happy to hear that she said it was really good. I asked her if she thought it was a bit watery and she said no, not at all! I ordered two more bottles for her and asked her if she wanted to pick any other flavors and she said no, I like the maple, that's what I'm used too.
So there you have it! |

| Stevia pancake syrup is a rare bird. I've done an extensive google search & was only able to find 3 brands that sell them online, with Ali's being one of them. I've yet to see any available in any stores as of yet. By far Ali's taste the best of the 3 brands. Of the other two brands, one was very watery with a bad aftertaste & the other was thick as glue & very bitter. Ali's taste better than both. Now don't get me wrong, none of these are as sweet as Log Cabin, LOL! But you have to make some small sacrifices if you want an all natural product that is good for you. So you just have to get used to the taste of stevia, which is different than the, bad for you, high fructose corn syrup & artificial flavors in the major brand syrups. |
