    * My ten year old is on low carb for medical reasons. She says the strawberry cereal is delicious and we add a drop of sweetener and a little bit of heavy whipping cream to make it sweeter and creamier, yet still remain low carb.

    * It's very filling if you do low carb. Just mix with water and after it's heated add a little half and half to get a creamy texture. If you're into sweetness, add splenda and this with keep you full for hours and keep your intestines happy. I have tried many cereals, I think this one is the best. I think other people need to remember this is low carb made from flax not the sugar packed stuff they are used to.

    * This cereal makes a great porridge! Just add 1X to 1.5X as much water as cereal, warm in the microwave, and serve hot. Yum! It is also good if you add a little bit of your own sweetener. Enjoy!

    * I've tried several low carb cereals but I avoid anything soy-based which really limits my choices as far as cereal goes. A serving of this stuff by itself is not great; HOWEVER, if you add a little bit of stuff to it, you get a pretty tasty, easy breakfast. Currently, my favorite way to have cereal for breakfast is to combine 1/2 a serving of the LC Foods Cereal with 1/2 a serving of pine flakes (they are just "pressed" pine nuts). Add in your favorite milk, heavy whipping cream or milk substitute, add 8 drops of your preferred liquid sweetener of choice, stir and voila....you've got a tasty low-carb breakfast! cereal. One note of caution: once you add your "milk" and stir, the LC Foods cereal does absorb liquid very quickly so it will get very thick and paste-like so you may have to use more than your usual amount of liquid if that's going to bother you. I rather like the thick texture myself. So just to clarify, this product by itself rates 3 stars. This product combined with other stuff rates 5 stars.

    * No review available when I ordered this horrible tasting product. Too bad because I ordered the cranberry which is inedible and can't think of any use for it. Really sad because of the expense, too.
