    * LOVE them. Yes, there are a few flax seeds sprinkled over (I don't mind them at all). Yummy, chewy, delicious... Too bad I could not stop at just one, so the whole jar was gone in a few days.

    * Unless you love the taste of flax DONT buy these! They are disgusting! They taste like you are eating flaxseeds and not coconut..I wish the description told me that as I would never have ordered them. I threw them out!

    * I purchased this version of Jennie's Sugar Free Macaroons by accident. When I realized these contained flax seeds, I was wary. I am very sensitive to the taste of flax and I do not like it. In fact, I usually avoid products with flax. I'm pleased to report that the excellent flavor of Jennie's Macaroons really hide the flax. All I tasted was coconut. What I'm not crazy about is that the flax doubles the calories. Jennie's Macaroons, which are also sugar free but come in a box, provide 2 cookies for 70 calories, where the flax version is 1 cookie for 70 calories. I'm going back to the Jennie's Macaroons without the flax but, aside from the added calories, these really weren't so bad.
