| It's what every American should want for a cereal: taste, but especially healthy - with lots of protein, little sugar,
everything that has made the Zone famous! And for my money, one of the healthiest diets on the block. In short, its excellent and it tastes great! |

Delicious, satisfying. I am not a cereal lover, but I do like the Zone Perfect Cereal. Most cereals cause me to be hungry about 2 hours after I eat them. Zone holds me all morning or, when I am observing the Zone eating plan, until my mid-morning snack. It's the only cereal my husband will eat.

This cereal is very filling. On a low-carb, high protein diet, this is great for quick and easy breakfast. I can easily go through the morning without getting hungry after eating a serving of this. The taste is wonderful!

Yummy, satisfying and filling - no feeling hungry in an hour like after many cereals. Nice texture - not grainy.

I have not been able to eat cereal my entire life because I always end up ravenously hungry 30 minutes later. The Nutritious Living cereal line has changed that... I don't have to eat again until lunch!

Great tasting, filling protein source. No feeling hungry in an hour like after high carb cereals. One of the best low-carb cereals I have tried (I've tried at least five others).

I am following an Atkin's low carb eating plan and this cereal fits right in. It tastes good and is very satisfying to the palate. I use cream in place of any milk (using equal parts of cream and water). It is very satisfying and helps with my low carb diet. My husband and I follow Atkin's since he is diabetic and I want to lose some weight. Low carb eating has brought his blood sugar under control. Since we are middle-aged and I am overweight I want to use low carb items to ward-off my becoming diabetic. This cereal serves that purpose.

I buy the Maple Pecan and the Vanilla Almond as they are almost carb free. With low carb milk these are great. I also crush them for pie crusts, toppings and flour substitute. Mix them with sugar free marshmallows for an almost carb free treat. I even eat them straight from the box as a snack. Great taste...just be careful on how much you eat...can cause gastric discomfort.

Amazing product! I had RNY Gastric Bypass Surgery and I live on this cereal. I even brought the box to my Nutritionist to okay; she said it was FANTASTIC! High protein and fiber with no added sugar, very low carbs and fat. The Maple Pecan is yummy too!

Great low carb/high fiber cereal - very little aftertaste - love both vanilla almond and maple pecan. My sugar-cereal eating husband loves it, too!

There are very few things that bring a tear to my eye when I taste them. Eating low carb means trade offs and the biggest has been the lack of cold cereal. I ordered this on a lark and tried it with almond milk. It was delicious. I teared up. Part of me thinks they are hiding the truth about the carbs and the other part doesn't care. It is a delicious cereal. Remember, this is a low carb product, so if you're expecting Capn Crunch you'll be disappointed. I prefer soggy cereal and this didn't disappoint. If you like cereal that stays firm then it might not be for you. Still, it is worth a shot to see if you like it.
