This stuff tastes great. A little chalky but have def had worse. I love the protein and calories. Looking to add weight, so better than muscle milk which also tastes great
What a great shake. Everything you need for muscle recovery and building is in the bottle. Cookies and creme and vanilla are both great tasting and will put enough in your belly to be great for an occasional meal replacement or on the go snack when you need the protein. If it wasn't so pricy it would be a 5 but it's still cheaper here than anywhere else!
