A great tasting and convenient shake. Good consistency and texture. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick meal supplement or people too busy to mix shakes themselves.

This tastes great and the packaging is excellent! They have a little spout with a cap which makes drinking a LOT easier than the MET-RX bottles. They are made of some kind of foil and they travel well. The only problem I found is that the ones I got sat for about 3 months and they got lumpy. I couldn't shake the lumps away. Definitely drink cold as they don't taste the best warm. MET-RX tastes better at room temperature. It has slightly more fat than MET-RX, so I would compare them before buying to get the one that works best for your diet. I am using it to lose weight and it makes a good meal replacement.
