This is the easiest way for me to get 40g of high quality whey protein isolate every day. I didn't care for the watermelon flavor and haven't tried the tangerine yet (and won't til I can buy just one bottle to try it), so I just keep buying cases of the tropical which tastes just like a pina colada to me. If not for the taste I would give it a 5 because you just can't beat 4 calories per gram of protein anywhere and the price is fair. My friend drinks them no problem. I will try a new flavor and if it's even bearable to chug the rating will improve. If you can handle the taste these would be amazing for a cut cycle to keep protein up and cals down.
