I am a 36 yr old female with a BMI of 22 and weight of 137. I am trying to get my body fat % down and weight as well. At 36, my regular workouts are not cutting it, and I can't seem to give up beer and cheese! This is where lean tabs comes in to help curb the appetite and give me energy to get in a pm workout where I would usually go home and laze around!!! I buy Lean Tabs on a regular basis and will continue to do so.
