A word of warning: this stuff is addictive! I've tried the Cinnamon Nut, and absolutely love it! My favorite is to just eat it plain like granola, or put it in low-carb yogurt. It's also good with milk over it like cereal. I would definitely recommend this. It tastes so good and is great for you- I've heard so much about how good flaxseed is!
I especially like the Wild Cherry Nutrageous granola, although all of the flavors are excellent! For a delicious and satisfying LOW CARB breakfast cereal, just mix a 1/2 cup granola with 1 cup of Vanilla Soy Slender. Fantastic!

By using half-n-half, Flax-Z-Snax Granola becomes a fantastic breakfast cereal and remains low-carb. I've been eating it regularly for years. My only complaint is that the Wild Cherry Nut contains more shell fragments than I would like.
