I was extremely busy at work this past month, and had no time to exercise and pay a lot attention to what I was eating (I know, bad excuse), and I still managed to lose 3.5 lbs in two weeks which is fantastic for me (I never lose weight otherwise without exercising and easting healthy). Basically, I was taking this product diligently as is says you should take it for 6 weeks before you see an effect; So I figured by the time my busy season was over at work and I would hit the gym again, this product should be kicking in and accelerating my results if it worked as well as advertised. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that it worked earlier and without much effort as evidenced by my 3.5 lbs loss... So now, with my busy season finally over, I just started working out again. I don't know the effect yet of taking this while working out, but I am hopeful it will give me an extra edge based on my previous results... Was this review helpful to you? I wasn't expecting miracles. I follow a healthy low carb regimen and walk 2 miles daily. I just wanted something to augment my weight loss program.
