Sublimiss
Sublimiss contains Relora, a proprietary blend of patent-pending extracts from
Magnolia officinalis.
We all have stress in our lives, it is up to you how you handle it.
Recent studies have shown some of the Relora ingredients in Sublimiss to cause extreme relaxation very
much like pharmaceutical products with no side effects. It doesn't even make you
drowsy like some other products on the market which are nothing more than liquid
meletonin. One warning, do not drink alchohol when using this product as it seems
to greatly amplify the alchohol effect on the body.
Sublimiss is a new cutting edge all-natural anti-anxiety supplement
now emerging from three years of clinical testing. This testing has
shown the active ingredient in Sublimiss to yield the same
anti-depressant properties as the Valium class drugs with no
reported side effects!
Reduce stress and increase concentration - without the drowsiness of Kava
or the side effects of St. John's Wort.

Sublimiss is a dietary supplement to help relieve stress and
frustration for self-confident mood and cheerful outlook.
Mechanism of Action -
Sublimiss is an exciting new natural anti-anxiety supplement that
has the added value of being non sedating with potential anti-depressant
properties. In central nervous system receptor binding assays, the
compound found in Sublimiss is bound to several important targets
including the serotonin transporter. It does not bind to the
benzodiazepine receptors that would cause sedation, yet has the relaxing
qualities of the benzodiazepine class of drugs in validated anxiolytic
animal models.
Anxiety is being shown to play a significant role in a wide variety of
conditions and disease states. Recent work from the National Institute
of Health (NIH) and other major research centers has demonstrated that
anxiety is a significant contributor to excess body fat, immune
dysfunction, cardiovascular disease and other age-related disorders.
Pharmaceutical companies with anxiolytic drugs have launched major
consumer advertising campaigns that are fueling the awareness of the
problems while building a market for products that can be used to treat
anxiety and related conditions. Sublimiss contains the first natural
ingredient to be specifically targeted to anxiety and will capitalize on
the awareness being generated by the pharmaceutical industry.
Human Trials - This amazing new substance in Sublimiss was tested and found to be
a safe, effective and rapidacting, non-sedentary dietary supplement
helping control occasional mild anxiety or mild depression. Fifty
subjects were treated with the main component in Sublimiss for two
weeks. The dosage was applied three times daily with the majority of
the subjects taking less than the recommended dose. Based on
pre-clinical studies the main ingredient in Sublimiss was designed
and evaluated against the following concepts, "Helping control
occasional mild anxiety or mild depression and the associated symptoms
irritability, emotional ups and downs, restlessness, tense muscles, poor
sleep and concentration difficulties."
Post trial analysis revealed significant relaxation in 78% of the
subjects. Though the product does not cause significant sedation, 74%
of the patients experienced a more restful sleep. NO SIGNIFICANT SIDE
EFFECTS WERE REPORTED.
Animal Model -
The active ingredient model in Sublimiss has been shown as an
effective non-sedating anxiolytic in an animal model known as the "Chick
Social Separation-stress Procedure." This model has been validated for
several well known benzodiazepines. The paper describing this work has
been accepted for publication in the Journal of Psychopharmacology
highlighting the excellent results. When it is published, we will have more details here.
Safety Studies -
An extensive literature review of the chemical constituents plus the
parent plant's use for hundreds of years suggests that this material is
safe for its intended use. In addition, an acute toxicity study in mice
(5g/kg) with 14-day observation revealed no untoward effects except mild
diarrhea and slight sedation in female mice. No side effects are
expected at the recommended human dosage.
WARNING: DO NOT COMBINE SUBLIMISS WITH ALCOHOL AS IT MAY AMPLIFY
EFFECTS.
