Meal Replacements have been on the market for quite some time and you’ll literally find dozens upon dozens of different brands to choose from. Many people serious about nutrition and protein, augment their diets with protein powders and meal replacement drinks (MRPs). Unfortunately, a great many products out there are deficient in either taste, content or quality. Things I always look for in MRPs are: sugar content (should be low), cholesterol content (should be reasonable), protein content (should be high), protein quality (should contain isolate), carbohydrate content (should be low) and taste (should be pleasant to the palate). Isopure is one of the few MRPs out there that I’ve stuck with consistently over the last two years! It meets all of the above criteria for a good, solid MRP. It packs 50 grams of very clean whey protein Isolate which means it is THE perfect post workout drink mix. For the rest of my protein needs I supplement with a protein mix (Isolate, Concentrate, egg albumin, calcium caseinate). Isopure is tasty and is best when blended with a little fruit. A great, great supplement for thirsty muscles 30 minutes post workout. Highly recommended.
I've tried them all, I think this is the best by far because of the balanced nutrition, high protein level, mixes easier than the others, and tastes just fine. There is no comparison.

Recommended Use: For a rich, thick shake, place contents into 12 ounces of water and mix in a shaker or blender. If a shaker or blender is not convenient, ISOPURE can be stirred into solution with a spoon.
