I find these convenient, satisfying and very good. They are light enough to carry easily when I travel and make a decent on-the-road breakfast. The vanilla and chocolate also taste good mixed with coffee. They do not dissolve well in hot liquids; they stay grainy and lumpy. They can be thoroughly dissolved in about a quarter bottle of cold water, and then hot liquid added, though.
Ingredients: ProM3 (Proprietary Protein Blend Consisting of Whey Protein Concentrate, Calcium Caseinate, Egg Albumin), Cocoa Powder, ISSOE3 (Proprietary Enzyme Blend Consisting of Protease, Lactase, Amylase), Natural and Artificial Flavors, Sucralose.
Recommended Use: Mix 3 Scoops (67 Grams) of ProM3 in 8-10 oz. of cold water, non-fat milk, or your favorite beverage.
