LC Foods 100% Organic non-GMO Black Soybeans are low in net carbs. Soybeans are the lowest in net carbohydrate of all the beans and legumes family with only 3g of net carbs per serving of over 3 tablespoons of dry uncooked beans or over 1/2 cup once they are cooked and prepared.
