April 12, 2007 Reviewer: ray in Maine Excellent taste and mixes very easily. High amount of quality protein and right mix of carbs and fats. Digests very easily with no bad aftertaste. Labrada makes excellent products with an intense focus on continuously upgrading his products even though you wouldn't think they could get any better. Labrada's shakes are by far my 15 yr old sons favorites. He goes by taste as far as what he likes the best. I use it and make some of the smoothies that I drink at Planet Smoothie. My favorite is a table spoon of peanut butter, a banana, and a table spoon of fat free chocolate.
