I have to say that during my weightlifting workouts, which are power lifting oriented, I definitely have an extra boost of energy. On top of all that, the product tastes great. I inquired and found out this is how all of them are packaged (2 lbs.). I really couldn't tell that it helped any during the work out. It absolutely was not worth the money.
