Myoplex Lite is the best protein powder I've ever tried. I actually don't mix it with water but instead just put the powder in my mouth and let it melt. The chocolate is the best but vanilla isn't bad either. I like that they are individually wrapped for afternoon snacks. I packet lasts me all afternoon till dinner so I'm not hungry. I love it! It is a little overpriced but sometimes you can get a good deal on it.
