I used on theater popcorn and did not gain weight from it. It has no taste, a tube will last through 2 meals, no stomach ache or problems. I keep them in my purse at all times. My husband ordered onion rings at a restaurant, they looked SO good. I sprinkled this stuff on one and ate it, guilt free!! Awesome for low carbers who crave a little something carby once in a while.
