D-Mannose is a simple sugar that occurs naturally in some plants, including
cranberries. Although small amounts of D-Mannose are metabolized by the human
body, much of it is rapidly excreted in the urine. In the bladder, D-Mannose
can adhere to bacterial lectins, preventing them from sticking to the lining of
the bladder. Bacteria can then be flushed away during urination, thereby
precluding the formation of colonies within the urinary tract. Because
insubstantial amounts of D-Mannose are used by the body, it does not interfere
with blood sugar regulation.

Works every time. I've been using it myself for years. After my dad told me about his problems I turned him on to it too - now I have to ship it to him in the UK!!

My wife should be writing this, not me. But I can testify that D-Mannose has been a life saver since she discovered it a year ago. Her recurring bladder infections have disappeared. At the first sign of irritation, she takes a few of these, and the problem goes away. No more chugging quarts of cranberry juice.
I have been taking D-Mannose for over 5 months now and have not had a blatter infection recure. Before starting on this process I was having problems ever couple of months, sometimes more ofter than that. Thank you D-Mannose for a fine product and making life more enjoyable.
Contains NO salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives. Vegetarian/vegan product.
