Very effective fiber product. I take 1 heaping tablespoon mixed with a scoop of whey protein (flavored) in a blender. Drink quickly because it thickens up in a very short period of time. Follow with water and wait approximately 8 hours. All impaction will clear up. After a few shakes over the course of a couple of days your digestive system will feel much healthier as you have expelled anything that was impacted.
A must have for someone on the Atkins diet, in my opinion. I was taking 15 fiber capsules a day, and I was still having trouble "going". I heard about this from somewhere online and took it. It worked like a charm. I've ditched the expensive capsules and now just take this. It's way cheaper but it will take more work to consume (unless you have a hard time swallowing capsules, in which case, it's a win win all around.. It's a tablespoon mixed in a glass of water, and you need to consumer lots of water throughout the day; something you should be doing anyways, and especially on the Atkins diet.
