It's a non-stimulating app suppressant, but I never got over-hungry nor felt run down. And chromium's ability to keep blood sugar levels in check is invaluable. Great product, and great price. Even though the mega hoodia has more hoodia (if I remember correctly), this combination of ingredients seems to work better for me.
