Amazing product! I had RNY Gastric Bypass Surgery and I live on this cereal. I even brought the box to my Nutritionist to okay; she said it was FANTASTIC! High protein and fiber with no added sugar, very low carbs and fat.

I really enjoy the taste of this cereal and would recommend it to others for a low carb cereal. Just make sure you see the serving size versus carbs compared to other low sugar cereals.

I've tried the Maple Pecan and Strawberry and they are both delicious. I like to have it with Westsoy plain soy milk. I would highly recommend these products.
