Use it on toast, in cooking, used it on my teeth, it helps kill infection and helped me get by till I could see a dentist. Also use as lip moisturizer, body moisturizer. Can't get enough. Am hoping they eventually sell in larger sizes. I use a lot. My father has Alzheimers and he does seem to be more alert when I put it in his foods.
