Take just 1 a day and you're set. what more can you say?? just plain simple and effective. most of us are taking enough pills and shakes in a day, so cutting down the serving size is cool.

Best bang for the buck! One pill and you'll feel energized all day......Jittery as a matter of fact and that's where i find it flawed. Alot of energy, easy to take (1x a day) but no actual weight loss. The ECA stack, dangerous, out-dated but still beats this one and all the major fat burners out there. Only recently have the companies of these pills begun to refine the ephedra component in their products to make it less illegal and or lethal as the case may be. Just look at any of them that say "hardcore"....It's active ingredient is a refinement of the ephedra source. So tight comes the closest to providing you with an edge but no real weight loss in the end.
