Liposterolic extract of the fruit of Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) may prevent the binding of dihydrotestosterone (DHT) to androgen receptors and, therefore, may also be of use to lessen head hair loss and other undesirable effects of DHT. Saw Palmetto may nutritionally support healthy prostate function.

December 26, 2010 Reviewer: Bruno in Switzerland Nach einigen Tagen der Einnahme, sehr schöner Urinstrahl, kein nachtropfen. Im weiteren habe ich das Gefühl, dass ich Mental besser drauf bin und ein völlig unerwarteter Seiteneffekt; Potenzsteigerung. Das Produkt kann ich somit sehr empfehlen. Editor's note: Loosely translates to "After some days of use, my urine no longer drips. Furthermore, I have a better mental feeling and an unexpected side effect of an increase in power. August 19, 2010 Reviewer: A customer in South Carolina My husband's PSA level dropped to "2" once he started taking the NOW Saw Palmetto daily (and he's 57 years old!). The only other change he made was giving up dairy. His urologist dismissed the notion that giving up dairy had anything to do with it (I disagree!) but he was impressed with the Saw Palmetto and told my husband to keep taking it!
