The Skinny Crisps bakery has created a nutritious, satisfying, crispy cracker that combines great taste with gluten free ingredients and approximately one half a net carb per cracker. Skinny Crisps are the perfect snack for those who need to eliminate gluten and carbohydrates from their diet and because these treats are high in fiber, they have little effect on blood sugar levels as well.
Skinny Crisps contain only the highest quality ingredients including: ground almonds, chickpea flour, organic ground golden flax seed, psyllium husks, organic dehydrated cane juice, olive oil and sea salt plus spices and assorted toppings. All of these are combined to produce a tasty cracker, which can be used with dips, cheese, tuna salad and in many cases as a substitute for toast or bread. These Skinny Crisps are ideal for those with celiac disease, diabetes and low carb dieters, or just about anyone who enjoys a great cracker which is not only tasty, but healthy and nutritious. The high fiber content provides satisfaction with just a few crackers. To control hunger cravings, just have three or four crackers with some coffee or tea or juice and you may find that your hunger will subside in a few minutes.
Recipe idea: Crush the Cinnamon or Brownie crisps, add a little butter, and press into a pie pan for a low carb crust.
Great product....Great taste...I would definitely recommend this product for low carb, gluten free diet...I tried the cinnamon and white sesame, but prefer the brownie..
I've only tried the cinnamon and they are really tasty. This is not a super low calorie product so you have to be careful not to eat the whole bag but they have healthy ingredients and are delicious.
These are really good! I've tried the seeded, sesame and plain. They are crispy and tasty. At first I sort of wished they were a little saltier, but I've come to appreciate them as they are. A very nice thing to have around the office when people make acceptable (carb-wise) dips but only provide high carb chips or crackers to go with them. I'm looking forward to trying the cinnamon or chocolate as a crust for my low carb cheesecake.
Absolutely delicious. Tried the cheese, the seeded, the cinnamon...but my absolute favorite is the chocolate brownie,....so good...they are almost sinful....
Having tried other low carb cracker varieties, I think Skinny Crisps are the best. They are not too hard to eat and yet provide the exact amount of crunch that I crave when following a low carb lifestyle.
