Simply amazing. I really did not expect these pancakes to turn out the way they did. They come out light and fluffy like high-grade pancakes from a pancake house but with an added protein bonus. I have replaced my morning oatmeal with these pancakes. I do recommend to either sweeten them with a syrup of your choice or Splenda.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Barley Flour, Sugar, Wheat Gluten,
MetamyosynŽ HPP Protein Blend (Whey Protein
Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Milk Protein Isolate, Dried Egg White, LGlutamine), Leavening
(Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Corn Starch, Partially Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Flaxseed, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Buttermilk Powder, Sodium Caseinate, Mono- and

Recommended Use: Blend 2 Scoops (57g) (makes about 3 Pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix! Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300°F griddle.
Cook pancakes 1-1 1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning only once.

This product was awesome! I am new to watching my calories, fat, and carbs as a recently diagnosed diabetic and a person trying to lose weight. I bought a box of 10 to try, and my son who loves Slim Jim's, liked these more. The BBQ flavor is so tasty! I took a few to work for friends who are also watching what they eat to try, and of the six people who tried them, they all liked them a lot. I just ordered 4 more 10 packs.

Have tried them all. Great snack with high protein low fat content. Natural flavor is best in my opinion. Pepper is a bit too peppery and BBQ a little too sweet for my taste. I carry them in my work bag and golf bag.

This product is of consistently high quality, and tastes great. Of equal importance is the portability - since they are individually packaged, one can toss a couple in their pocket in the morning, and have a quick, nutritious snack at one's convenience. This has become a staple of my snack food consumption. My favorite flavor is the teriyaki, but they are all pretty good.
