August 18, 2010 Reviewer: Charles in Utah I've tried similar products from other companies, and totally don't recommend them at all. This doesn't affect sleep, tastes at least as good as gatorade type drinks, but not as sweet. Easy to drink while running or climbing. I don't like drinks that put the "kitchen sink" into products meant for what amounts to sugar and protein replacement while training and sweating.
