| Excellent product - I mix into my protein shakes or into breakfast or hot cereal - my colon is VERY happy and regular :)! Be sure to mix right before you eat - if you wait too long ( 20 minutes ) fiber does swell up and does become a little gummy. Also for hot cereal - mix AFTER heating. |

| I have been using the Fast Food Blend for over 4 years each morning. I add several tablespoons to milk and drink it up quick. It lasts me until early afternoon when I have a snack before dinner. My stomach remains full and I have energy. I'm a teacher and I need it! I highly recommend it. In addition, I take the Udo's Oil Blend. Also a great supplement for muscles and joints. (I am 47 years old) |

| I have only been using this stuff for a few days but it is great. First, the taste is amazing!! It tastes like cinnamon. I mix it with shakes, juice, water, yogurt, oatmeal, just about anything!! It keeps me regular and does lots of other stuff, I am sure. One word of warning, this item must be refrigerated and used within 90 days. Otherwise,it can, and will, go bad. Once it goes bad, don't use it, learn from my fail. Great item, will buy again!! |
