Before training I take Shotgun and after training Synthesize, one scoop each... when I used it with water the taste was awful, very chemical feeling... but with fruit juice it is ok... but there is one thing that I can not understand.... this is my third time that bought both of them(Shotgun and Synthesize) total in 6, all exotic fruit. Every time shotgun is 39 serving per container and Synthesize 25... they both say they're 28 servings per container... is it me or there is something wrong?? First 4 bottles I bought from Netrition, last 2 was from my local dealer. But same thing again and again... their serving sizes (the scoop) is same... It also contains a blend of the most anabolic and anticatabolic ingredients (leucine blend, whey hydrolisate and casein. It tastes really fresh and fruity so I can have it also in the morning after a rough night and it energizes me much better than a good old milkshake-tasting drink. Both tastes are great.
