Textured Vegetable Protein

Bob's Red Mill Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) is made from soy beans and is used to replace or extend ground meats. Textured Vegetable Protein is also added to casseroles to add extra flavor and nutrition. Bob's Red Mill TVP is perfect as a meat extender or gluten free vegetarian meat substitute in virtually any recipe calling for ground beef or turkey, such as tacos, meatloaf, chili, and sloppy joes.
