January 10, 2019Reviewer: Gail in New Mexico* These are good cookies. I don't use eggs, and it's been a challenge because there is no satisfactory substitute. Adding a little vinegar (probably mixing with baking soda) makes these fluff up better than anything else I've tried.
January 03, 2019Reviewer: Loretta in Oregon* Bitter. A bitter aftertaste. I really wanted to like these, but no.
I even dug the bag out of the trash to check the "best by" date, but it was Oct 2020! I followed the instructions carefully, as I always do with a product that is new to me. Yet it had that slightly bitter taste you get when something has gone rancid. I'm sorry, but these are not edible, and I cannot recommend them.
October 11, 2018Reviewer: Victoria in North Carolina* I've tried a lot of low carb cookie mixes but this is a keeper! The cookies can be made vegan and taste so rich and gooey that you can't tell they are low carb. They have a nice coconut flavor from coconut flour. Just bought another bag!
October 04, 2017Reviewer: Andrew in Western Australia* This is a good chocolate chip cookie. The kids liked it, and I liked it. Very easy. Iíll be using this mix again!
