There are two versions, and I bought both but have not tasted the other version with Stevia yet. I will review the other once I finish this one. I add it to my chocolate “Mousse” I create with Walden Farms chocolate peanut sauce and spread. Compared to Torani dark chocolate or Da Vinci, I would say this flavoring tastes more like chemicals than chocolate when used alone. I have tried no other Monin chocolates to see if this one is typical. But I did not care for it.This review is specific to Zero Calorie Natural Flavoring, Chocolate
