December 11, 2018Reviewer: Alyssa in Texas* I have to agree with the other reviews. These are awful. You cannot cook them for even a portion of the suggested time. They literally turn into grainy, mushy pudding with cooking as long as suggested. They do not hold their shape at all. If you cook them for a very short time, they hold somewhat better, but then dissolve when attempting to mix them with any kind of sauce. I have even tried barely cooking them and using them cold in a pasta salad with hardly any oil/sauce as a last ditch effort when multiple other attempts at using them warm were a total bust. Still couldn't use them, although they did dissolve a little more slowly. They also have the weirdest after taste. Don't waste your money!!!!!!!

The pasta turned to mush after two-three minutes cooking time. I ended up tossing the lot into the bin. A waste of $20 of ingredients.This review is specific to Know Better Pasta, Twists
