I use Fiber Flour to make everything bagels and banana nut bread. This has really helped me control my blood sugar and still enjoy breads in a healthy way.

January 27, 2019Reviewer: Nancy in Ohio* I absolutely love this flour! Itís easy to incorporate into recipes that call for flour with a one to one ratio. I do add a little extra liquid (maybe a tbsp or two) to make sure things are not too dry. So, far Iíve had fantastic results in everything Iíve baked. Itís like using regular flour, but this is so much better for you! Plus it is low in carbs and doesnít raise your blood sugars. Finally, a flour thatís good for you that doesnít taste like coconut or almonds! Yay! Since eating Keto style I have missed homemade pizza and pasta, now I can enjoy both again and get a little extra fiber in my diet without sacrificing taste and texture. Itís great for recipes needing breading, like fried chicken or making a crust. The possibilities are endless with this delicious flour. I will definitely be stocking up on this gem for the future!

It works beautifully in yeast-raised breads as well as in quick breads, cookies, and crumble toppings. There is no funky after taste - a problem which is still apparent in other flour substitutes. I gave four stars, not five, due to its high cost. Hoping that will come down in the future. If you are baking low carb, this flour is an excellent sub for anything that uses "the other brand" (starts with a "C") in the mix and is also very good subbed for half of almond flour in recipes that rely exclusively on that. I personally find all-almond flour baked goods way too heavy. The creator of this product has an excellent website with recipes and photos, maintains a very good FB page, and is super helpful if you contact him with questions. Really, you should try this!
