June 18, 2019Reviewer: Heather in New York* They are good in moderation, I like to be able to eat sugar-free chocolate again even if it has maltitol as an ingredient which can make you eat less=digestive upset. But much better than NO chocolate. This review is specific to Sugar Free Candy Bars, Milk Chocolate Caramel

If you are looking for low-carb, Keto, or something that doesn't trigger your blood sugar spikes, look elsewhere. These may contain stevia, but they contain MALTITOL which is as bad as sugar for spiking BG.
