October 29, 2019Reviewer: A guest* Hope you like THICK pancakes! Didn't seem to matter how much liquid I added to try to thin them down, as I prefer a thinner pancake. Also can be a bit tricky to cook properly. Turn them too early (easy to do because they get quite dark very quickly) and then they tend to be uncooked and gooey in the middle. So to get it right is a challenge. I would not buy again as they are just too difficult to make without getting that "uncooked" middle. Taste was okay, but I am a pretty good cook, and I found it almost impossible to consistently get a good result.
October 26, 2019Reviewer: John in Colorado* Delicious ! Being on the Keto diet I look forward to having these pancakes or waffles whenever I get the urge for sweets. For 2 pancakes (or one huge waffle) it's only 1 net carb. Add butter and monk fruit sweetened syrup and you have a delicious meal and only 1 carb.
