August 06, 2019Reviewer: craig in California* When you are on a keto diet, this is a good alternative for breakfast. The only thing is that the longer it sit, the more slimy it becomes. August 04, 2019Reviewer: Karen in Nebraska* The apple cinnamon had great flavor but the texture was atrocious. To put it mildly, it was slime. I added finely ground granola in an attempt to make it palatable, but by the time I was ready to eat it, the "hot breakfast" had become watery, a watered down slimy mess with crunchy ground up granola. The 2 stars are strictly for flavor. To each, his own, but I can't recommend this product.
