July 20, 2020Reviewer: Katlyn in California* One of the best products from Keto and Co (my other favorite is their brownies!) Has a very sweet banana taste that's a bit artificial, but I love this mix nonetheless. Amazon always sells out so I'm happy to find them here!!

I added sucralose as most mixes are not sweet enough, but it was unnecessary. I also added a bit of cinnamon and some walnuts. I stretched the batter to make 12 small muffins. I followed another Reviewers suggestion and let them bake for an extra 5 min. They came out soo good. Do not taste like keto/diet at all! Even though I greased the muffin pan they still stuck. I took a star off for the following: 1. Very pricey - it works out to $1 a medium muffin, and 2. should make 12 (large) muffins instead of 9. Other than that - perfect!

The outside gets slightly crunchy while the inside stays really moist. Don't be afraid to let them brown a bit if you want to get that outside crunchy texture. When you pull them out of the oven they might seem a bit moist, but they are likely done if you let them bake the 18 or 20 minutes. Stick in a toothpick and if it comes out clean, they are done. I would never have guessed these as using a sugar substitute. Really great warm about an hour out of the oven.
