    * This stuff is very, very good and I'm not surprised at all. Good Dee's doesn't make a habit out of releasing bad product :) The main ingredient is allulose, which is why I bought the product. This stuff tastes great, with no weird flavors or GI or glucose impact for me. It's thinner than a typical store-bought HFCS syrup, but thicker than a pure maple syrup. I think it's a great consistency.

    The ingredients do include soluble tapioca fiber, which I personally try to avoid in large quantities, but the amount of fiber indicated on the label means that not very much is used.

    I will note that this product is *small* - I was surprised by how small it is. Allulose is a crazy expensive ingredient though, so I know they did their best to price this product fairly.
