April 22, 2020Reviewer: A guest* Obviously, I've got a lot of retraining to do to be able to bake successfully with monkfruit sweetener. I made the cookie recipe on the back of the sweetener bag, but used regular flour rather than the requested almond flour. I rolled the dough in balls as requested, but they never did flatten out and become cookie-like. It's as if the sweetener didn't melt like regular sugar does. I had to bake them a third longer than the recommended baking time. The cookies were just TOO sweet using the requested 1/2 c of sweetener. Using this product is going to be a challenge!
April 17, 2020Reviewer: A customer in Maryland* I was disappointed. I had read that it is so much sweeter than sugar. I made 2 kinds of muffins with it and didn't think they had a sweet flavor at all. I have some left maybe I will give it another shot and just use more.
