1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulMay 26, 2020Reviewer: kreela in Virginia* It is only 12 oz.; just be aware. However, I found that allulose looks, acts, and melts in tea like sugar. I mix it up with stevia, since it has only 70% of the sweetening of sugar.
While created from corn, it is only 3 calories. It is not processed like sugar in the gut and is therefore friendly for diabetics...and weight-watchers like me. It doesn't erode my teeth, I hope.
