September 20, 2020Reviewer: James in Maryland* This mix was OK. I'd call it more of a cake than a cookie. The texture is soft and moist like a cake and not crunchy like a cookie. The directions call for a lot of butter to be added so if it did bake up like a cookie it would be like a shortbread which I would have liked. However, it's more like a soft and buttery cake. The cream cheese added to the mix and icing gives a nice flavor. If you like a buttery cake and icing, you will really like this.
September 14, 2020Reviewer: Rachel in Illinois* These would be good except the bitterness from the stevia is very noticeable. IMO they should rework the formula and lose the stevia. I like stevia but only use the kind with no bitter aftertaste.
