    * Makes a fantastic cake! I can find nothing wrong with it. It is also way better than the birch bender yellow cake mix.

    * I was surprised how good this was. I made it and even my daughter liked it. I made it once like on the box using the coconut oil and it gave the cake a rich coconut taste which I love. The second time I made a pistachio pudding cake with the Jello sugar free pistachio pudding added a 1/2 cup of sour cream and baked it longer than on the package delicious! Cake is back on the menu! I would serve this to people that aren't on Keto that's how good it is.
